Order and Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order ?
All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours by our teams (excluding weekends and public holidays).
With every order placed, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a second email with your shipping confirmation including your order tracking number.
During busy periods, order preparation may take up to 72 hours, or 3 business days.
Delivery times are 0-3 days for order processing and 1 – 15 days for shipping, averaging 1 to 18 days. In some cases of high demand, the delivery times may be extended. These are indicative.
Where is your company located ?
We are based in USA and have a shipping depot.
However, we also work with European and Chinese suppliers.
We have buffer stocks in every country where we operate.
How can I track my order ?
You will receive a tracking link via email shortly after your order has been prepared.
The maximum timeframe is 72 hours.
How do I place an order ?
Simply add a product to your cart and follow the payment process steps.

You have 24 hours to change your delivery address in case of an error.

We deliver worldwide.
However, you may be subject to customs fees in certain countries.
Do you store my payment method ?
No, however, we use Stripe which may have already stored your Credit Card.
We also use PayPal.
Where are your storage workshops ?
We work with partners who have warehouses in Australia, Europe, and China.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return an item ?
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your items.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal within a legal period of 14 days, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, except for the return shipping costs.

My order arrived damaged
In this case, simply send us a photo of the problem and we will resend the product to you.
Can I cancel my order ?
Yes, you can cancel your order no later than 1 hour after purchase.
