Shipping Policy

Backpack Design offers free shipping for orders of 50 Canadian dollars. Orders under 50 Canadian dollars have a flat shipping rate of 4.9 Canadian dollars for standard delivery.

At online checkout, you will be prompted to choose your desired shipping method for your shipments. Each shipping method chosen has its own restrictions and charges that will be automatically applied to your order. As you update your shipping method, your order total will also adjust accordingly.

Shipping rates are subject to change at any time.

Rules and Restrictions

Orders are shipped only on business days, which are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping promotions are only valid for orders shipped to Canadian addresses. We are currently unable to ship to multiple addresses. Shipping estimates do not include processing times (between 1 and 3 business days). New Brunswick and Nova Scotia: 1 to 18 business days

Other provinces and territories: 1 to 18 business days
